Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original Daniel Wellington presentation box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
